The hotel offers fine rooms with all essentials in place. The service was excellent and helpful, particularly by the bar staff. The location is fantastic with a gorgeous view, although there might be some insects when the window is open. The dining experience was excellent with a good selection available. The hotel had very comfortable rooms, despite the terrible traffic noise all night, and it was directly over the loading bay for the beer barrels for that early morning wake-up call. The service was a mix of 'Faulty Towers' attitude and pleasant accommodation. The location, although plagued by road noise due to its proximity to the arterial roads, had some helpful features. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its fantastic location close to the Bournemouth Sports Club and airport, offering a stunning view from the bedroom window. The rooms were spotless and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay, much nicer and newer than the pictures suggested. The service was top-notch, including a humorous and efficient response to repelling spiders and special attention to celebrating the 'birthday girl'. The dining experience was lovely with plenty of fresh choices and good value for money. Overall, it was good for our needs, easy to find, and offered a bit of country scenery while still being close enough to the beaches in Bournemouth.
